My yoga teaching style is steady but strong, thoughtfully designed to increase our ability to move functionally with an emphasis on shifting our focus inward during a state of flow, reconnecting with ourselves amongst the constant chaos of our lives, finding a sense of stillness and peace. Running all types of yoga classes (vinyasaflow , hatha, beginners flow) and Sound Healing and meditation sessions.
