Who is Wellbee Social for?
Wellbee Social is for anyone who is interested and passionate about holistic and natural wellness therapies. If you want to know more, or be able to connect with practitioners worldwide, then this is the place for you! If you're a holistic or wellness learner, practitioner, and educator then Wellbee Social gives you the opportunity to showcase your work, connect with colleagues, and reach a wider audience.
What is a Verification Badge and how do I get one?
Once you subscribe to our Wellbee Pro Membership Plan, you become eligible to apply for a Verification Badge. This badge is represented by an icon next to your name on published posts and on your profile page. The process to receive Verification is an application with submitted documents that confirms your identity as well as copies of your diplomas and certificates as applicable. Verification is an added tool to give you credibility within the Wellbee Community. There is no cost to apply for Verification, but you need to be a Wellbee Pro user to enable this feature.
If I choose to upgrade to a paid subscription plan, can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You may cancel your upgraded plan anytime, just send an email to hello@wellbee.social at least 7 days before the start of your next billing cycle to avoid getting charged for the following month. Please label the subject with 'Cancellation' to get immediate attention. Once you cancel, your membership will continue on with the free Wellbee Plan. All your published posts, content, and profile page continues to remain the same. If you have received a Verification badge while on the paid subscription, your badge may be revoked and all upgraded features will no longer be accessible to you at the end of your current billing cycle.
What control do I have over content published on Wellbee Community?
When you publish you have the option of having your posts and publications on active status, deleted, or inactive. Active means the posts are online and available to the Community. Inactive means that posts remain in your account in private mode, but are not public to users. Simply toggle the post to active, and your post is immediately visible to the public. This is useful for information you'd like to publish at a later date. You may also wish to permanently delete posts and content. This is all available in your Settings. We believe all users should have control over their data and may delete any or all their posts and publications through their 'Manage My Content' portal.
How are monthly subscriptions billed?
Your monthly subscription is billed on the same day you sign up every month. Regardless of the date you sign up, you will be charged the subscription price and your membership will be automatically renewed on that same day every month.
