I am a C-IAYT (in training) and I have started my yoga therapy practice in Sherwood Park, Alberta! Yoga therapy takes into account each client’s health and medical conditions, as well as lifestyle choices and what that person has happening in their life. Yoga therapy builds a direction of care for each client and a yoga therapist adapts the practice of yoga to ensure that it is safe, comfortable and effective.
