Reclaiming Life Through Creativity, Consciousness, and the Living Body

The Art of Recovery is an immersive 12 week journey for women exploring recovery as intentional, embodied, creative living.

We are living systems of life-force, creativity, emotion, instinct, imagination, and consciousness—constantly shaping and reshaping the landscapes of our lives.

The Art of Recovery is rooted in the foundational principles of the internationally respected Beyond Addiction model, and expanded through over 18 years of lived experience, addiction recovery, nervous system study, trauma integration, neurodivergence, chakra psychology, and spiritual descent and reintegration.

These sessions are contained yet fluid, intelligent, and deeply relateable — this work rebuilds self-trust, stabilizes the nervous system, awakens pleasure & joy, and reshapes the patterns that once required escape.

And if you’re in the middle of awakening, radical change, perimenopause — if your life is opening up spiritually or emotionally — old patterns can come roaring back. Old identities. Old insecurities. Old coping strategies you thought you were done with.
That doesn’t mean you’re failing. It means something deeper is being stirred and asking for your attention.

In this circle, we don’t pretend it’s pretty. We don’t over-spiritualize it. We don’t diagnose you into a corner.

We sit with it. We breathe. We relax. We practice.

We get intentional about our lives and how we are living inside of them.

This is the Artistry of Life and you are a Living Masterpiece
