Members may not engage in messaging practices that are unsolicited, repetitive, irrelevant to the platform’s purpose, or disruptive to the community experience. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to:
Sending identical or substantially similar messages to multiple members without prior context or consent
Bulk or mass outreach intended primarily to solicit attention, followers, clients, personal relationships, or external engagement
Messaging that is primarily romantic, personal, or unrelated to wellness, professional collaboration, or educational exchange
Repeated unsolicited messages to individuals who have not responded or have indicated disinterest
Automated, scripted, or promotional messages distributed broadly across the platform
Messaging intended to redirect users to external platforms in a manner that bypasses the spirit of community engagement
Any communication perceived as manipulative, misleading, harassing, or inappropriate within a professional wellness environment
Members are encouraged to:
Engage with content, discussions, and events prior to initiating direct outreach
Personalize communication based on shared interests or relevant context
Respect professional boundaries and differing levels of engagement
Approach connections with authenticity, clarity, and respect
Recognize that Wellbee is not a social or dating platform
To protect the integrity of the community, Wellbee reserves the right to review messaging activity where patterns suggest misuse or violation of these guidelines.
At its sole discretion, Wellbee may take appropriate action, including:
Issuing educational reminders or warnings
Temporarily restricting messaging privileges
Suspending or terminating accounts
Removing content or limiting platform access
Implementing additional safeguards where necessary
Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent removal from the platform.

User-Generated Content (UGC) refers to any content created and submitted by users on the Wellbee Social platform. This includes, but is not limited to:
UGC is all content that users contribute, share, or upload to any part of the Wellbee Social platform, including profiles, groups, events, and other interactive features.
Users retain full ownership of the content they create and submit on Wellbee Social, including but not limited to blog posts, comments, forum discussions, course materials, event listings, and multimedia content (“User-Generated Content” or “UGC”).
By posting or submitting UGC on the platform, you grant Wellbee Social a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, publicly display, and publicly perform such content in connection with the operation, marketing, and promotion of Wellbee Social.
This license extends to all forms of media, including but not limited to Wellbee Social’s website, social media channels, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
Users agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content posted by other users without obtaining explicit written permission from the original content owner. Unauthorized duplication of content from Wellbee Social on external websites or platforms without proper attribution or authorization constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of the infringing user’s account.
