Welcome! I am Karen Williams, a multi-award-winning entrepreneur, trusted mentor, Certified Transformational Life Coach and Certified Reiki Master Teacher.

I guide and support clients to design and build the life they would love to live by teaching them how to shift their results (also known as their current circumstances and conditions) using a proven, reliable, repeatable system of positive transformation that has been developed over 40 years.

My journey into this important work began with a wake-up call: despite years of external success in a demanding corporate sales career that I loved, I began to feel disconnected from family and friends, burned out from constant travel, and misaligned between the work I was doing and the impact I truly wanted to make. I realized that, while I was grateful for my career, I wasn’t living the life I truly loved. I longed for more balance and deeper impact—using my skills and gifts in a more meaningful way.

That clarity led me to make a bold decision: to honor my passion and my purpose to support others in creating lives they truly love. After leaving the corporate world, I trained and became certified as a Reiki Master Teacher, helping people find inner and energetic balance. Many of my Reiki sessions became coaching sessions; so, to make it official, I trained and became certified as a Transformational Life Coach.

I support my clients with a proven, reliable, and repeatable system of change and personal transformation, developed over 40 years, that has helped hundreds of thousands of people around the world create lives they truly love living.
