After 7 years studying psychology I became a School Psychologist and practiced that for 8 years. During that time I became disheartened with not only the state of public education and mental health but also began having my own children. Through then I was able to witness how much food and chemicals impacted their behaviors. So the adventure to holistic psychology began when I started learning everything I could about chemicals, food and nutrition, herbalism, essential oils, supplements and then eventually energy medicine, a year long healers academy (currently in year 2) and forest therapy practitioner training. I currently have multimodal healing offerings ranging from diagnosing neurodivergence to channeling playlists from spirit. My gifts are highly intuitive and often involve art, music and nature. I’m currently the momma to 3 neurodivergent kids who are making their way without any modern medicine thanks to all this knowledge.
