I am a Nervous System Specialist who uses a combination of Feldenkrais and Energy Medicine to listen to what needs to move out on a nervous system level in order for the body to feel like a safe place to rest into. Once the body is perceived as a safe haven, healing can accelerate and deepen quite quickly and improvements becomes much easier to maintain.
