Hello! I’m excited to announce that I’ve partnered with Robin’s Nest Family Care to offer another Expressive Arts Group Therapy offering online.
Expressive Arts Therapy is an integrative, experiential, arts-based approach to therapy that purposefully weaves in art making, movement, poetry, storytelling, and other forms of creative expression to evoke change, transformation, healing and restoration. No artistic skill is needed to join this group therapy.
This offering starts on Thursday, April 24th at 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. These 2 hour sessions run until June 12th.
In this nature-based, expressive arts offering, there are 8 – 2 hour sessions plus an intake and exit session too.
8 spots are available in this low cost Expressive Arts Online Group Therapy.
The cost of these 10 sessions is $350. These sessions may be covered under your insurance benefits too.
