She is as a Wisdom Illuminator, Experiential Embodiment Mentor, Spirit Guide & Sacred Listener, living her passion by curating collective gathering spaces and potent 1:1 journeys that deepen presence & expand choice, ushering all humans towards activating and actualizing the love & belonging they deeply long for.

A Writer, a Healer & Lover, she is Mother to a sweet & sensitive 12-year-old boy, Daughter to parents navigating disability & dementia and a purposeful Community Leader & entrepreneur. She transitioned to the Divinely intended path of service in 2020 after a 14-year career witnessing and advising humans in the corporate worlds of banking and oil & gas. She graduated with a BA in Sociology, was immersively trained by the internationally recognized Co-Active Training Institute, has committed deep study in the Akashic Records & Higher Self spirituality & is a Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor. She is also trained in healing circles & facilitation, the feminine arts & shamanism and has been drenched in the magical experience of life for over 45 years.
