My name is Stephanie “Helena” Kalchik and I am here to help you regain control over your own health, happiness, pregnancy, birth, postpartum mind, and overall well-being so that you can have the energy and focus to care for your new little blessing!

I live in Northern Michigan with my hubby of 12 years and just freebirthed baby number five at home, unassisted, with no pain meds, and no crowd of random people watching and shouting orders. Needless to say, I lost my faith in the “healthcare” system long ago and have since been working, researching, reading, and implementing my own wellness care with myself, my family, friends, locals, and folks from all over the world for years now.

With over 10 years of experience, I’m ready to help you rethink pregnancy & childbirth. It is in a comfortable safe space of your choosing, filled with support and love, a healing haven if you will. 😁🥰
