I am passionate about helping people find the things that work for them and helping them make slow and lasting changes for happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives.

I recently launched a course for couples to do in pregnancy which addresses some of the most common issues that I end up working with people on postpartum to set good foundations for the 4th trimester and get ahead of common issues.
