I’ll be honest— I’ve tried to 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 “spring energy” in January before. It didn’t make my habits better. 𝗜𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗺𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁.
Forcing it creates a very specific vibe- 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗵𝗼𝗴 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆.
Wake up behind → make a dramatic “new me” plan before coffee → crash by Thursday → 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗘𝗔𝗧
And then you call it “lack of discipline.”
No. It’s just a stupid plan built by the fitness industry to keep you plugged into the grid of never being good enough.
January is when people think they should go from 𝟬 → 𝟭𝟬𝟬:
· Workouts every day
· Cut carbs/sugar/fun/joy
· Perfect meal prep
· Become an early morning person overnight
So of course it collapses. Not because you can’t stick to anything.
Because you try to build consistency with 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝘀.
Healthy habits don’t need more intensity. They need a plan you can repeat on a random Wednesday when life is annoying.
𝗢𝗻 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟮, 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 → 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲.
A simple structure for eating and movement that doesn’t burn out by mid-February and actually carries you into spring.
If you’re done with push → crash → restart… 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲.
ꜱᴛᴏᴘ ʀᴇꜱᴛᴀʀᴛɪɴɢ. ꜱᴛᴀʀᴛ ʙᴜɪʟᴅɪɴɢ.
