As one aspect of The Waterman Practice http://www.watermanhomeopathy.com I run the Story Clinic
http://www.story-clinic.com A key practice here is how to develop your sense of story. Not much is known about this. It’s an integrative sense, recognising that the five traditional senses aren’t really separate activities. Our drama combines these, and more. If you’d like to know more, please feel free to make contact.

Hi Walter! This is interesting! Would love to hear more about stories and how they’re woven into the fabric of healing

@karina Thanks for responding: at the moment I’m putting little bits of content onto FaceBook, on the Story Clinic page. Learning about and paying more attention to the sense of story as well as the stories themselves is important. When we ask what’s going on, we’re telling a story more than we’re explaining anything. Explanations are good, but they tend to reduce whereas stories are useful amplifiers and expanders: doors to sharper and free-er perception and emotional patterns. I want to hold retreats to show folk how to do this by paying attention to their own patterns. The way you perceive and feel is directly related to health at all levels. One example of this is studies in psychoneuroimmunology.

@dr-walter so interesting! Yes and stories pass through time, so healing through generations?
