Hello! Welcome to my page.

My name is Corinna. I’m a Registered Counsellor and Certified Life Coach. I support folks with things like grief and loss, trauma and C-PTSD, anxiety, breakups, burnout, and life transitions. Currently, I work online with people all over British Columbia. I take a holistic, person-centered approach to therapy which means I tailor my sessions to my client’s needs and layer in more solution-focused therapies as needed. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients to come and be heard.

About me: I worked a corporate job for many years, and I have insight into what it’s like to function in fast-paced environments. I became a counsellor later in life after experiencing many losses in my life, including the loss of my terminally ill younger brother and dealing with a car accident that left me with chronic pain for many years. I know what it can be like to struggle and to reach out for support. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions you may have. I do, from time to time, have affordable fee/ sliding scale spaces available for those who are experiencing financial barriers. I also offer a 10% fee discount for fellow practitioners.
