      Learning to pause for a few minutes before you react and respond by doing this we can then respond in a calmer way without later on regretting what we have said to someone or even acted.

      it’s also helpful to just observe and acknowledge our thoughts as they are without judgement, just letting them come and go.

      We can use a few minutes to just reflect before carrying on with tasks.

      We can also focus on our breathing pace,watching your chest or belly move in and out as you breath.
