What do you like to do to help you relax ?

Bath tub with Epsom salt soaks. If I’m terribly anxious then regulating my breathing – inhale 4, hold for 6, exhale for 8 (long and slow) really helps me!
What tips do you have?

@karina Thank you. Listening to calming music, doing some sketching or creating writing like writing poems or journaling..I also love some pampering like painting my nails, facial.
