Hi, I’m Alana

I’ve been called the heart within — a reflection that has become both my truth and my compass.

My path has been one of continuous unfolding: learning, unlearning, expanding, and softening into deeper trust. Life’s whispers and nudges — even the moments that feel like missteps — have been part of the dance guiding me here. I believe we are all in this great transition together, moving into a new era of consciousness, authenticity, and freedom from the narratives, social conditioning, and cultural constructs that no longer serve us.

My deepest desire is to hold space for others to remember who they are beyond conditioning and limitation — to reconnect to their soul’s wisdom, rise into their truth, and live a life aligned with purpose, presence, grace, and gratitude.

Through breathwork, Reiki, intuitive guidance, and the integration of personal life experience, I support others in deepening self-awareness, nurturing healing, regulating the nervous system, and returning home to themselves.

Love is expansive and unconditional. It is my honour to journey alongside each soul I meet, expanding and evolving together — small step or giant leap — trusting that each moment carries its own divine guidance.
