The Courage to Become You — One Step In Moving Beyond Fear & Into Alignment

What happens when the life you’re living no longer feels like the life you’re meant to keep living?

For me, that question became deeply personal.

In 2015, while leaving a relationship that no longer felt aligned and facing 325 pounds of my own physical and emotional weight, I had to make a change. Dance or Die.

But this wasn’t simply about changing my body.

It became about reconnecting with my inner voice, questioning what I actually wanted and gradually creating a life that felt more aligned with the person I was becoming. I began applying the coaching tools I invested in learning for my own life. That experience now shapes how I coach and guide others through fear, change, and the places where they feel stuck.

Join us September 24th for a conversation about what it takes to stop living from an old version of yourself and begin moving toward what matters now.
