  • Instructor Data: Bank account details for payouts, business information, and tax-related data for compliance.
  • Instructor Application Form: In order to abide by regulations and compliance, a registration form for Professional to sell courses, events and/or products is required. Data within this form is collected and saved on local servers. Data includes, but not limited to: proof of identification, name, email, phone, business website, copies of qualifications and certifications.
1.2 Usage Data
  • Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and access times.
  • Behavioral Data: Actions taken on the platform, such as course enrolment, event ticket purchases, product purchases, or group participation.
  • Non-logged-in Visitors: Data collected is limited to essential cookies and analytics required for basic site functionality and performance.

3.1 Payment Processing

  • Google Analytics to monitor website performance.
  • Image Optimizers, Cache plugins and Media offloads  to help enhance speed, performance and functioning of the Website.
3.3 Media, Comments, Blogs and Posts
  • If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
  • Embedded Content Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
3.4 Courses
  • Course progress, including completion status, quiz scores, assignments and/or essay submissions are tracked and stored by the Instructor and Site Administrators.
  • We will also store comments on courses, lessons, topics, assignments, and essays if the Instructor chooses to leave them.
  • Order information with regards to: enrolled courses, course progress, username / email address.
3.5 Events, RSVPs, Tickets
  • Event Creation Form Details  All information provided on the Event Creation Form is displayed on the Events Page and accessed by Website visitors and Site Admin
  • If you create, submit, import, save, or publish event ticket information, as well as obtain RSVPs or purchase tickets to events, such information is retained in the local database:
    • Attendees information (RSVPs and Tickets): name and email address
    • Ticket information (RSVPs and Tickets): name, email address, and ticket number/SKU (via check-in page)
    • Ticket purchaser information: name and email address
    • Ticket purchaser billing address, which is collected through the use of WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, and/or PayPal
3.6 Purchasing and Products

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

  • Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
  • Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
  • Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!

We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.
